The story of
Lara Foster
Coming from a family of artists Lara enjoys the process of creating in many forms.
Her debut novel The Healing Gem of Arcadia is a middle grade fantasy set in the Pacific Northwest.
Lara contributes to Hedge School fortnightly, blogs, has been published and is the host of the How to be Human podcast.
She also offers a premier fitness, nutrition and coaching program and facilitates group classes and events.
